IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS
Our structured approach can have you up and running in a day
Our team has years of experience implementing major software systems using structured implementation methodologies. The difference is where those systems might take months to implement, the Leaguer platform can be implemented in a day.
Analyze your existing site to create an inventory of pages and activities
The first thing we'll do is go through your current site in it's entirety to inventory all of the activities you offer and the pages presently on your site. We'll also inventory all photos, videos and graphics on your site
We'll work with you to identify the accounts you have on other sites (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) and also identify what accounts you want to create.
Organize content into a logical structure
The inventory allows us to organize your data. We group all pages into categories, and bucket all of your activities by type, sport and season. We create the site map and outline the the navigation menus for your site.
Configure and create the content for your new site
Once we have the outline for your site, we create your pages and activities. We link your site to existing (or newly created) accounts on sites like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Flickr, PayPal and Amazon. We upload photos and add pictures, videos and slideshows on pages throughout your site to make them more engaging.
Test links and transactions
The features offered in our platform are continuosly being tested, so once the content is created on your site, there isn't any major testing that needs to take place. We click on each link to make sure they all work, view each page to make sure content exists and test a transaction to ensure your configuration is complete.
Launch your new website
Once your site is tested all that's left to do is point your web address to our server and you'll be up and running.
Transition, training and on-going support
After the initial site set up, we begin the transition to you. We use GotoMeeting to work collaboratively with you and have you add content to familiarize yourself with the various administrative features. The important thing to note is that training is not a one-time occurrence, we are available whenever you need us to ask a quick-question or teach you about some advanced tips and tricks.
For the first month, we'll typically talk a couple of times a week as you become familiar with the features of your new site. Throughout the rest of that first season/cycle, we usually talk once per week to check in and answer any questions. During your second season, the purpose we serve is essentially to refresh your memory on a few of the finer details. By the third season we feel neglected, because you rarely ever need our assistance anymore.
